This is one of a few Sears, Roebuck & Co. homes that were built in the 1920's in Cape Charles, Virginia. This one came ready to assemble as a kit, or package. (Direct TV dishes were not included).

Built in 1883 on railroad property, it was the first Cape Charles Hotel. Was later moved across the road to its present location.
